Who does this program benefit most? ​

This program is designed for all ages. This list is predominately kept on the fridge, but can also be carried in your purse, wallet, or vehicle. Anywhere it is accessible in an emergency is preferable.  ​

What is the "File of Life" ?

A complete list of medical history, medications, allergies, and emergency contact information that can be immediately ready for first responders. ​
